Peter Trelenberg is a Senior Vice President of Development at Novare Group. Mr. Trelenberg is involved with pre-development and development activities including land acquisition, diligence, underwriting, design, and construction for projects in the southeast region. Additionally, Mr. Trelenberg assists with pre-development legal efforts and contract evaluation.
Prior to joining Novare Group in 2021, Mr. Trelenberg worked at ExxonMobil and the Department of Commerce in corporate finance and legal roles while completing his J.D. / M.B.A. at American University in Washington, D.C. Before graduate school, Mr. Trelenberg worked at Salem Partners, an investment bank in Los Angeles, CA, performing business development activities for the life sciences and aerospace & defense teams. Mr. Trelenberg received a bachelor’s degree in International Relations Global Business with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California in 2011.
