Andy Vance

Andy Vance is the Senior Vice President of Commercial for Novare Group.  Mr. Vance has been with the company since 2003 and oversees the development, leasing and operation of the commercial components of the company’s mixed-use portfolio. Prior to Novare, Mr. Vance was an associate at Duke Realty Corporation in the financial analysis group. Mr. Vance received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Terry College of Business Alumni Board.
