SkyHouse Denver Apartment Leasing Begins

Denver, Colo. (June 6, 2016) – Apartment leasing has started for SkyHouse Denver, the under-construction 25-floor, 354-home luxury mixed-use building on the corner of Broadway and 18th Avenue in uptown Denver. Additionally, SuperFruit Republic, a fast casual cafe specializing in acai and pitaya bowls and smoothies, will open its second location in the project.

“We are pleased to begin offering the first residents the opportunity to live in SkyHouse Denver,” said Jim Borders, President, Novare Group. “We are also excited to announce the second location of SuperFruit Republic, an exciting health food concept we are sure will thrive in downtown Denver and will be popular with our residents.”

SkyHouse Denver is a mixed-use project featuring 354 apartment homes including studio, one- and two-bedroom units and 6,900 square feet of street-level retail space. The signature SkyHouse on the top floor of the building includes a club room, swimming pool and fitness center.

SkyHouse Denver residents will enjoy stylish apartment living – walkable to the state capitol complex, the Denver Art Museum and City Park, home to the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The building’s onsite retail and commercial spaces will add even more to the desirable urban lifestyle the renter-by-choice desires. Information is available at www.skyhousedenver.com.

The apartment homes will all have floor to ceiling glass, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the SkyHouse rooftop pool and amenity deck, SkyHouse Denver will offer vehicle charging stations, bike storage, bike maintenance areas, a dog walk area and a dog washing station. The sustainable building is being built to Energy Star standards.

SuperFruit Republic, which opened its first location in Stapleton, features organic, locally and sustainably-sourced super food prepared fresh and fast. The cafe is the concept of Chris Hynes, who choose the location because of the prominent location and constant foot traffic.

“There honestly aren’t a ton of places where you can get a truly healthy smoothie downtown,” Hynes said. “Plus the space has the prominence to potentially be a flagship store for our brand.”

SkyHouse Denver is one of 17 SkyHouse-branded apartment communities in the United States including projects in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Charlotte and Raleigh.

The development team of Novare Group, Simpson Housing and Batson-Cook Development Company broke ground on the high-rise in February of 2015.
