Stewart Rand is a Vice President of Development at Novare Group. His responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the development process from land acquisition to asset disposition. Mr. Rand oversees day to day development operations including design, construction, lease up, asset management and marketing.
Prior to starting with Novare Group in April of 2021, Mr. Rand worked as a LEED AP assistant project manager for B.L. Harbert International. Graduating summa cum laude in 2019, Mr. Rand received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and minor in business at Auburn University.
